Website scope
Effective October 23, 2026. These terms describe use of the Synergy Resources website and its public inquiry forms. The website provides general information about technology services and Global Credit Passport. Questions may be directed to Synergy Resources LLC at support@synergyresourcesgrp.com.
Current communication options
Please use support@synergyresourcesgrp.com for website inquiries. Website forms and SMS verification are not currently offered as active communication options. Future form availability and verification requirements will be confirmed before reactivation.
Services and pilot discussions
A website inquiry, subscription or pilot discussion does not create a services agreement, guarantee acceptance into a pilot or commit either party to a project. Any engagement requires a separate agreement covering its scope, responsibilities, commercial terms and applicable data-access permissions.
Global Credit Passport status
Global Credit Passport is in development. Descriptions of its proposed workflow explain intended design and potential use cases. Availability, countries, data providers, integrations and permitted uses must be established for each proposed engagement. Website content does not promise credit approval, provide a consumer credit report or constitute an offer of a regulated financial product. Institutions retain their own lending decisions and applicable responsibilities.
Appropriate use of forms
Provide accurate business-contact information and submit only information relevant to your inquiry. Do not submit applicant identity documents, bank statements, passwords, account numbers or other sensitive financial records through public forms. Do not impersonate another person, submit fraudulent information, make abusive or high-volume requests, interfere with the website, or attempt unauthorized access.
SMS verification and bot protection
Forms may require a phone number, one-time SMS verification and a bot-protection challenge before submission. Request a code only for a number you control. Selecting Verify Phone requests a verification text for that form interaction. Message and data rates may apply. Verification does not establish a person’s identity, creditworthiness or eligibility for a service. It does not provide consent for promotional SMS messages. Assisted use and automated access
You may use assistive technology or an agent to help read public information or prepare a genuine inquiry. Such assistance must respect access controls, rate limits and the phone holder’s verification. Do not bypass OTP verification, bot-protection challenges or other safeguards, or generate unwanted verification messages.
Content and third-party services
Website content and branding are subject to applicable intellectual-property rights. Third-party names and materials belong to their respective owners. Links and embedded services may be operated by third parties under their own terms and privacy notices. A reference to a platform or technology does not by itself establish a certification, endorsement or partnership.
Accuracy and availability
Information may change as services and product development evolve. Contact us to confirm information important to a proposed engagement. Website availability, uninterrupted access and error-free content are not guaranteed. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or obligations that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Privacy, updates and contact
