Current communication options
As of October 23, 2026, please use support@synergyresourcesgrp.com for website inquiries. Website forms are not offered as active communication options while SMS verification is unavailable. The form and verification descriptions in this notice explain prepared features and will apply if those features are reactivated. Email inquiries do not require a phone number or SMS code.
Information you provide
Depending on the form, you may provide your name, email address, phone number, organization, role, website, inquiry, investment-interest category or proposed lending use case. Newsletter forms collect contact information and subscription requests. Phone verification requires the number you provide and a one-time verification code. Provide only information needed for your business inquiry.
Do not submit sensitive applicant records
Global Credit Passport is in development. These website forms are for business inquiries and potential pilot discussions. They are not consumer credit applications or a channel for submitting applicant identity documents, bank statements, account numbers, passwords or other sensitive financial records. Any future exchange of such records requires a separately agreed process.
How information is used
We use inquiry information to respond, discuss potential services or pilots, manage requested communications and maintain business records. We use phone verification and bot-protection controls to help reduce invalid submissions and abuse. When you request email updates, your contact details may be used to deliver those updates. Requesting an SMS verification code does not itself provide consent for promotional SMS messages.

The site uses Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand website traffic and interactions. These tools may collect technical information such as device and browser details, pages visited and interaction events, and may use cookies or similar technologies. The website uses WordPress and Hostinger for website operations, HighLevel/LeadConnector for forms and communications, Google and Microsoft for analytics, and Cloudflare bot-protection technology through the forms platform. These providers may process information needed to deliver their services. Provider processing locations and terms vary. We may also disclose information when required by applicable law or to address security incidents or misuse.
SMS verification
Selecting Verify Phone requests a one-time verification text to the number you enter. Message and data rates may apply. Verification is intended to confirm access to that number and does not establish identity, creditworthiness or eligibility for a product. Do not request codes for a number you do not control. Where supported, reply STOP to stop text messages or HELP for assistance. You can also contact support@synergyresourcesgrp.com. If verification cannot be completed, contact us by email.
Retention and privacy requests
Retention depends on the purpose of the inquiry, the business relationship and applicable recordkeeping requirements. You may contact us to request access, correction or deletion of information, or to ask about retention and applicable privacy rights. Requests may require confirmation of your authority and remain subject to applicable legal and recordkeeping requirements. Use the unsubscribe option in an email update to stop that subscription.
Security and audience
No online service can guarantee absolute security. Keep public form submissions limited to business contact and use-case information. The site is intended for business and professional audiences. Do not submit personal information about children through these forms.
